1.Insert the applicator into the nostril,Slightly rotate the applicator and push the nose wing to get better grab effect,Do not move or twist the applicator once it been inserted,Leave the applicator inside the nostril for at least 90seconds but no more than 2 minutes.
2. Holding your nose tightly with one hand and pulling down the applicator with another hand in a swift movement,as quickly as possible.(Do not be slow as this will cause tugging of the hair)
