We can ship to most countries in the world. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We have 4 different shipping methods: unregistered, registered, priority line and expedited shipping. 

In addition, the standard shipping can reach the majority of countries, while the priority line can reach most of the main countries, below are the estimated shipping times (Hong Kong and our Warehouses).

Unregistered Air Mail or Registered Air Mail : 21 Days

Priority Line : 12 Days

Expedited Shipping: DHL - 7 Days

How do I place an Order?

  1. Login/Register Account and get a Username and Password
  2. Login to your account
  3. Select products you want to Buy
  4. Confirm the order by Check Out option
  5. Make the Payment
  6. Receive the Order confirmation Notification with Delivery Information

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

  1. Login to your Account
  2. Go to Orders Page
  3. If your order status is NOT Shipped then you can cancel it. Using Cancel Order Option
  4. Once cancellation accepted then you will get email confirmation of order cancelled.
  5. 7-15 days time your payment will be returned same way as you made payment when placing the Order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You have to create an account at the time of first order.

How Do I Track My Order?

In Orders page, You can see Shipping Tracking Number Linked with Logistics Company once your order shipped.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you have any after sales issues, please contact our Support Center directly and they will offer you a solution according to your case. They will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it to.
